In the new year of 2024, we have ushered in a historic moment of smooth launch of the new generation core banking system of BIC Bank. This marks a significant improvement in BIC Bank's information technology capabilities and also an another important milestone for HSG in the Laos market.

HSG has undertaken the construction and replacement of multiple products, including the bank’s Core Business System, Channel Integration Platform, Comprehensive Counter System, AML System, and Reporting System, in the BIC Bank new generation banking system construction project.

The new system will greatly enhance BIC Bank’s service efficiency and customer experience, and provide a solid foundation for the development of the bank’s business.
